Dissemination and standardisation (WP 4)

Objectives

Identifying interfaces to support existing standardisation activities, to elaborate concepts for improved pre-normative application (CEN Workshop Agreement) and ensuring that relevant new standardisation takes place to enable the practical and homogeneous implementation of the ETV system.
Presentation of the AIRTV developments to developer, manufacturer, service provider, applying industry and other actors, collaborating in the stakeholder group motivation.
Organisation of an International Final Conference for a wide diffusion of results.

Consultation with EURODEMO (who cover remediation technologies for soil and groundwater), PROMOTE (soil and groundwater protection and rehabilitation) and TESTNET (water and clean technologies) is expected to be fruitful for all concerned.

Events

For the CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA):

Kick off meeting
Objectives: Final discussion and approval of the business plan for the workshop procedure.
Decision on the Workshop Chairman; the Workshop Secretariat; any other officers and the Chairman and Secretariat of any project groups that will be established at this meeting.
Initial discussion in project groups

Interim meeting
Objectives: Discussion of draft consensus proposals in the project groups.
Decision on changes and additions of the draft for the final consensus preparation.

Final meeting
Objectives: Presentation, discussion and decision on the final workshop agreement.

General:

Final international conference
Objectives: to present the ETV system developments out of AIRTV
to discuss it in the context with the previous finished projects PROMOTE and TESTNET to present an overall, coherent picture of the ETV related activities.
